1 General Provisions and Definitions

This document serves as a legal agreement between the babu f platform and its users. The terms listed below are used throughout this document with specific meanings.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the babuf.cam website and babu f's Android and iOS mobile applications.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any person who has registered an account on the platform.
• "Service" refers to all casino games, sports betting, live casino, slots, and other gaming options offered by babu f.
• "Account Balance" refers to the real money held in a member's account, separate from any bonus balance.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to funds received from promotional offers, which require specific conditions to be met before withdrawal.

By opening an account on babu f or accessing the platform, a member is considered to have fully read and accepted these terms and conditions. If you do not wish to accept these terms, you are requested to refrain from using the platform.

2 Membership and Account Registration

2.1 Registration Process

To become a member of babu f, accurate and complete information must be provided in the registration form. Each person may open only one account. If a person is found to hold multiple accounts, babu f reserves the right to close them and the associated balances may be forfeited.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

The name, date of birth, mobile number, and other details provided during registration must be correct. If false information is given during the verification process, the account may be suspended. Any changes to a member's details must be reported to customer support immediately.

2.3 Verification

Before a deposit or withdrawal, babu f may request a national identity card or other documents to verify identity. Members must cooperate with this process.

3 Age Limit and Eligibility

The minimum age to participate in all casino and betting activities on babu f is 21. Registration or participation by anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited.

• At the time of registration, members must confirm that they are at least 21 years of age.
• If there is any doubt about a member's age, babu f may request identity documents at any time.
• If a member is found to be underage, the account will be closed and the balance will be forfeited.

4 Account Security and Responsibility

4.1 Password Protection

Members are fully responsible for keeping their account login details — especially their password — confidential. You must not share your password with anyone, and it is advisable to change it regularly.

4.2 Unauthorised Access

If a member notices any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on their account, they must inform babu f customer support immediately. babu f will not be held responsible for losses resulting from a member's own negligence.

4.3 Personal Use

An account may only be used by the registered member themselves. Placing bets on behalf of a third party or managing another person's funds is prohibited.

5 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

5.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

babu f currently supports bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay for deposits. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100. No additional charges are applied by the platform for any deposit.

5.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay can also be used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Funds received from bonuses must meet the relevant wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• If identity verification has not been completed, babu f may place a withdrawal request on hold.
• Suspicious transactions may require additional verification.
• A withdrawal request may be cancelled before processing begins, but once processing has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.

6 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times. Example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,000, making the total balance ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

6.2 Other Bonuses

babu f regularly offers various promotional offers, such as weekly deposit gift bonuses, slot fun bonuses, and weekend festival bonuses. Each offer has its own wagering requirements and validity period, which are clearly stated at the time the offer is announced.

6.3 General Terms for Bonus Use

• More than one bonus from a single promotion cannot be claimed at the same time.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games — certain games may be excluded.
• If the original deposit amount is withdrawn before the bonus conditions are met, the bonus may be cancelled.
• babu f reserves the right to modify or cancel promotional offers.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is detected, the account may be closed.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 General Betting Rules

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is left incomplete due to a technical error, babu f will review it and make a decision.

7.2 Game Results

All game results are determined by a third-party certified Random Number Generator (RNG). The game provider's server records are considered final.

7.3 Sports Betting

If a match is cancelled or abandoned in cricket, football, or other sports betting, the original stake is generally refunded, though specific market rules may apply. Odds displayed in live betting are subject to change.

7.4 Maximum Win Limit

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure if detected:

• Creating multiple accounts or managing another person's account.
• Repeatedly placing bets using the same strategy solely to withdraw bonus funds (bonus abuse).
• Playing games using hacking, software bots, or automated tools.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose.
• Attempting to exploit security vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Behaving disrespectfully towards other members or staff.
• Operating an account under a false identity.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 babu f's Rights

If evidence of a breach of these terms is found, babu f reserves the right to investigate, suspend, or close any account without prior notice.

9.2 Member's Rights

Members may also request to close their account at any time by contacting customer support. An opportunity to withdraw any eligible balance will be provided before closure.

9.3 Inactive Accounts

An account may be marked as inactive if no transactions have occurred for 12 consecutive months. Members will be separately informed of the detailed policy on retention of data and balances for inactive accounts.

10 Limitation of Liability

The babu f platform's services are provided on an "as is" basis. babu f bears limited responsibility for issues caused by server problems, internet disruptions, or third parties.

• If a technical error causes a discrepancy in a bet outcome, it will be reviewed.
• babu f is not responsible for issues caused by a member's own device or internet connection.
• babu f is not directly responsible for disruptions to third-party game providers' services, but will assist in resolving them.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

babu f follows industry-standard security practices to keep financial transaction data safe. Personal information is not shared with third parties without a member's consent — except where required by law.

12 Responsible Gaming Policy
